Some students have reported problems receiving email from the Service Desk System. These problems can occur when trying to confirm your registration, when trying to change your password, or when trying to receive any other kind of email from the server. Here are some recommendations for solving these problems:
If, after trying the solutions above, you are still having a problem while trying to use the server, the best approach is to ask me for help during our next lab time. This includes the labs that I hold immediately after each of our classes. Working like this, I am usually able to solve nearly any student problem with the service desk system in a few minutes.

The Service Desk Server does NOT support inbound email. You CANNOT create a new request via email. You CANNOT comment on a request via email. You MUST use the Web application to perform these tasks. |
